The system was unable to establish communication with the database
server. Missing configuration files, invalid credentials, hosting
restrictions, or incomplete deployment may cause this issue.
Recommended Actions:
- Verify database hostname, username, password and database name.
- Ensure all project files are uploaded completely.
- Check file permissions and server configuration.
- Confirm MySQL/MariaDB service is active.
- Restore missing configuration files if required.
